Energy Frequency Facilitation - Remote Service

$100/30 minute session

The idea of energy facilitation is that the energy of past emotions, from experiences you have had in your life, can literally become trapped in your body. These trapped emotional energies can affect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Energy Frequency Facilitation sessions may relax and relieve stress which can then accelerate healing, increase energy and creativity, clear and balance your energy centers, strengthen your intuition, remove emotional blocks, uncover and release old thinking patterns of self-limitation, promote inner peace and more.

Functional Medicine Consultation is a collaborative approach for you to share your concerns and goals for your health. During this session, you will share what has worked for you in the past, your health time line, we will review previous lab work and any other testing you have.

Together, we will develop a personalized plan based on your specific habits and life situation. This plan may include nutrition, supplementation, energy work, frequency applications and other lifestyle adjustments.

I can LITERALLY remember the day so clearly - I remember the street that I was driving on when I nodded off driving my daughter to dance in the middle of the day! I was so tired! This was my first realization that I had a something going on that needed attention. All the doctors continued to tell me that I had a thyroid disease and would struggle with this for the rest of my life - there was no way to fix it! I didn’t know any better at the time however….

Years later, sitting at my first functional medicine conference, (I can still see where I was seated in the room) - I learned that I CAN HEAL MY BODY! I set out to learn everything I could; and as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, I utilized non-conventional methods to heal my body.

I have now been MEDICATION-FREE since 2017!

What is Energy Frequency Facilitation?

Energy frequency facilitation is a POWERFUL light encoded frequency that can unlock your body's individual innate self healing abilities.

The idea of Energy Frequency Facilitation is that the energy of past emotional experiences can literally become trapped in the body. Yes, this happens if you are unable to process the emotions you are feeling during an event due to the level of trauma or how shocking the experience is for you. It just doesn't get processed and released... it gets stored in your energy field and can cause problems with the way you manage various emotional situations. This can cause triggers for you when you encounter similar situations or can cause you to have blocks or limited beliefs about your life.

This can affect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Clients book these sessions to relieve stress, accelerate healing, increase energy/creativity, clear/balance energy centers, strengthen intuition, remove emotional blocks, and release old thinking patterns of self-limitation.

When I utilize the various training and skills as a Star Magic Healing Facilitator, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Body Code Practitioner and Reiki Master, together we can facilitate the healing process by clearing blocks in the energy field, upgrading the energy/light frequencies which are then replaced with transformational energy and Codes of Consciousness contained within the Star Magic Healing modality.

What happens in a facilitation session?

Sessions are 30 minute virtual session via zoom or a phone call

Prior to the session, you will be asked to provide your name, your birth-date, the issue you wish to focus on, and a picture of your face.

You will be lying or sitting in your personal space, relaxing with no distractions. You can listen to light music or be in silence. You can have your eyes closed or open.

Following the session, we will connect via phone or zoom to share the findings of your session and we will book your next follow up appointment.

What to expect during or after the session.

Energy frequency healing sessions can possibly leave you feeling tired, many clients report getting very good sleep the night of the session! This is very common. This is the natural process of your body returning harmony or balance.

Some clients will experience a variety of sensations during their healing session. This does vary from person to person. During the session, as frequency and energy are being shifted and moved, some clients report feeling sensations such as feeling hot or cold, tingling sensations or even light-headed or dizzy. These are very normal and will pass.
